Mustafa Kaplan - players are going no where !

Ankaragucu manager Mustafa Kaplan claimed tonight that none of his players would be leaving after a meeting with the board. Over the last couple of days there have been question marks over the futures of 8 of the Ankaragucu squad.

According to Spor Yolu Kaplan said " if the transfer ban is lifted we will continue, if not we will sign three players from the youth team and continue the fight." Players such as Timur Ozgoz, Hasan Ayaroglu and Gokhan Akkan have been linked with Turkish Premier Lig sides Antalyaspor and Genclerbirlig. While the likes of Umut Kurt, Serkan Sirin, Bilal Gulden, Orhan Evci and Kaan Kanak have been rumoured to be free agents if their wages are not paid by Christmas.

Im sure every Ankaragucu fan would agree that the biggest Christmas present we could ask for, is Ankaragucu getting back to the good old days.

  2. It looks like Ankaragucu will become Ankaragucu A.S at the end of the season with Gokceks coming back.
